This week’s Rise + Rebel reMINDer is simple:

Trust the little whispers.

The ones that tell you when something is right.
The ones that tell you when something is off.
The ones that ask you to pause, listen, and stop outsourcing your knowing.

In this week’s new episode of Rise + Rebel Podcast, I sit down with Michelle Doan, founder of Emani Vegan Cosmetics, for a conversation that goes far beyond beauty.

Michelle shares her journey from Vietnam to North America, her experience with painful cystic acne and sensitive skin, and how her own search for healing eventually led her to build a clean beauty brand rooted in education, skin health, and self-advocacy.

But what stayed with me most was the way she talked about intuition.

The little whispers.

Knowing when to say yes.
Knowing when to say no.
Learning to receive.
Learning to trust yourself.
Learning that sometimes your own life experience is the thing you are meant to build from.

That feels very Rise + Rebel to me.

Because so much of becoming who we were always meant to be starts with learning how to hear ourselves again.
